Terms & Conditions

This lucky draw is open to all active Emart members, except for the employees of Emart Group.
To participate, members must spend RM100 and above in a single receipt at any Emart Supermarket, Express, Goceli or DEQLO outlets.
To qualify for the event, download the emart MY app, like the Emart Malaysia Facebook page, and show both to customer service to verify your entry.

The Emart 21st Anniversary Lucky Draw begins on 1st July 2026 and ends on 30th September 2026. The contest consists of both weekly draws and a final grand draw.
Each physical receipt is only eligible for the specific weekly draw cycle in which was submitted into the designated draw box at our Emart outlets.
Receipts that remain undrawn during the weekly rounds will automatically be brought forward and pooled to qualify for the Final Grand Draw.
Any receipt drawn as weekly prize winner will be considered fully utilized and strictly excluded from the Final Grand Draw pool.
Members are entitled to multiple chances of winning. Every single receipt with a minimum spend of RM 100 has one valid entry, thus, the higher the qualifying purchases increases member’s winning chances.

Pictures of the prizes offered on promotional materials are strictly for illustration purposes only.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another party. The organizer reserves the right to replace the prizes won with other items of equal or greater value without any prior notice.

Weekly winners will be notified via phone call or message, and officially announced on Emart’s social media platforms.
The Final Grand Draw winners will be chosen during the final draw event on October 2026.
Winners are fully responsible for the transportation and logistics of the prizes during the redemption process.
All prizes must be claimed within 45 days after the winners have been contacted and announcement. Any claims made after this date will be considered invalid and will not be entertained.

By participating in this contest, participants warrant and represent to have read and understood the Privacy Policy, and consent to the organizer processing personal data in accordance with the said policy.
Participants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold the organizer harmless against any losses, damages, costs, claims, actions, or liabilities occurring due to any breach of the aforesaid warranty and representation.
Participant personal details, including name, contact details, and any publicly available information on the app, will be recorded and processed by the organizer for the purposes of advertising, public marketing, and communication.
The organizer reserves the right to publish the personal details and photos of the winners in newspapers, digital platforms, and social media for advertising and publicity purposes without any compensation.

The organizer is not responsible for any damages, injuries, compensation, or claims arising as a result of participant participation in the contest, or from the use, maintenance, and redemption of the prizes involved.
The organizer reserves the right to change, amend, exclude, or add to these Terms & Conditions without prior notice at any point in time, and all participants shall be bound by such changes.
The organizer has the right to void, cancel, redesign, suspend, or postpone the contest in the event of unexpected circumstances outside of reasonable control.
By participating, all participants are bound to the rules and regulations of this lucky draw. The decisions of the organizer shall be final, and no queries or correspondence shall be entertained.
