TitleHR & Admin Clerk cum Receptionist
- Responsible for handling front office reception, administration duties and support the day to day activities of Human Resources and Admin department.
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Answering and forwarding incoming phone calls by follow the welcome & greeting standard.
- To assist in job fair activities (internally or externally) and walk in interview based on open position available.
- Perform in task of despatch and mailing (if required).
- To prepare stationery set for new comer and office stationery distribution on weekly basis.
- To performs any tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.
- Good physical condition.
- Good teamwork.
- Excellent in Customer service (attitude to customer and colleugue/ internal & external customer).
- Excellent in Communication skills.
