Description
  • Responsible for handling front office reception, administration duties and support the day to day activities of Human Resources and Admin department.
  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
  • Answering and forwarding incoming phone calls by follow the welcome & greeting standard.
  • To assist in job fair activities (internally or externally) and walk in interview based on open position available.
  • Perform in task of despatch and mailing (if required).
  • To prepare stationery set for new comer and office stationery distribution on weekly basis. 
  • To performs any tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the management from  time to time.

 

Requirements
  • Good physical condition.
  • Good teamwork.
  • Excellent in Customer service (attitude to customer and colleugue/ internal & external customer).
  • Excellent in Communication skills.
