Description
  • Welcome and greet customers by follow the welcome & greeting standard.
  • Handle and resolve customer's inquiries and complaints.
  • High will power to achieve performance sales target.
  • Oversee and support the daily operations of membership registration, renewal and renewal at the customer service counter.
  • Maintain and update membership record in membership database to ensure the data are always accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist superior to planning and implement marketing activities and membership events to increase the customer's loyalty and company revenue.
  • To performs any tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.

 

Requirements

3 years of relevant experience.
Physically fir, able to work long hours.
Available to work on shift.
Good teamwork.
Excellent emotional management.
