  • Ensure cleanliness of chiller, freezer, equipment, machine and workstation.

 

Requirements
  • Able to use hand tool (knife/machine).
  • Able to stand for extending periods, lift heavy items and work in cold environment.
  • Knowledge of meat preparation technique and cut.
  • Strong communication skill and customer service skills.
