- Ensure cleanliness of chiller, freezer, equipment, machine and workstation.
Requirements
- Able to use hand tool (knife/machine).
- Able to stand for extending periods, lift heavy items and work in cold environment.
- Knowledge of meat preparation technique and cut.
- Strong communication skill and customer service skills.
